Quiet Nerd created this wild-looking vehicle with trail-riding abilities and everything needed for camping. The rover rolls on four tank-like tracks, carries multiple storage bins, and has a fold-out tent. It also has onboard batteries, lights for night driving, and an inverter that can power appliances. Those square steel tubes are like giant Meccano/Erector beams.

This short film by Santiago Menghini and a team of talented artists follows a pair of smugglers who must traverse a dangerous border under cover of night while transporting a hostage. Made using Unreal Engine, Rally is a tense and exciting mini-movie that also shows off what a modern 3D engine can do when it comes to lighting and atmosphere.

In this thrilling video from Red Bull Motorsports, World Rally Champ Kalle Rovanperä drifts up Japan’s Mount Iwaki in his Toyota GR Corolla. But he’s not alone. On his ascent through its 69 treacherous turns, he must face off against street racers, supercars, and some of the world’s greatest drifters. The nighttime ride back down features an unexpected racer.

Honda arrived at CES 2025 with a pair of EV prototypes slated for production in 2026. Both the Honda 0 Saloon and SUV will offer Level 3 automated driving and will be powered by an integrated computer running Honda’s new ASIMO OS. While specs have yet to be revealed, both will offer at least 300 miles of range, fast charging, and vehicle-to-home connectivity.

Ice-drifting in a Miata is a fun way to spend a day. The guys at Garage 54 had a different idea for driving a Mazda in the winter. Their plan? Take the front half of a junkyard Mazda, attach an underbody sled, and slide it around on the snow. Since the donor car was front-wheel drive, no rear wheels were needed.

LEGO has revealed a number of additions to its Formula 1 race car collection. Among the new models are large Technic versions of the Ferrari SF-24 and Oracle Red Bull Racing RB20, as well as small Speed Champions cars from Mercedes-AMG, McLaren, Williams, BWT Alpine, and more. There’s also an F1 transporter truck with RB20 and AMR24 race cars.

It’s been 10 years since Hyundai spun off Genesis into its own brand. One of the first models to bear the luxury car label was the G80, which has evolved quite nicely over the years. We spent a week driving the potent and performance-oriented 2025 Genesis G80 3.5T Sport Prestige AWD, and it’s as good as mid-size sedans get.

Unlike the steam-powered display motorcycle we saw a decade ago, this one actually rides. Supercar Blondie shared this video from Лёха Романтик, who created this wild machine that runs entirely on steam power. Driving a car on wheels made from plastic seems like a bad idea. To confirm this, the guys from the Waterjet Channel used a large Prusa XL 3D printer to make a set of four PETG wheels wrapped in a layer of rubber-like TPU. Will they survive a drive on their 1972 Ford Pinto, or will metal wheels reign supreme?

For those of you who didn’t grow up in Victorian-era England, a Penny-Farthing is one of those bicycles with a giant front wheel, a tiny rear wheel, and a seat that needs a ladder to climb onto. Gregulations says he had a strange dream that compelled him to make a Penny-Farthing motorcycle. The result is the insanely-stupid Yamaha R6-powered SuperFarthing.

For 2025, the Lexus UX compact SUV received a new, more powerful drivetrain and a new UX 300h designation. Sporting Toyota/Lexus’ 5th-gen hybrid system, it’s quicker and more enjoyable to drive. We tested the F SPORT Handling model, which has a performance-tuned suspension, bold styling and looks stellar in Copper Crest metallic paint.

This animated short film by Luke Etcheverry takes inspiration from the Bloodhound supersonic race car. It follows the story of a driver, a high-speed test drive that goes wrong, and his resolve to get back on his high-horsepower horse and try again. The 16-bit anime pixel art style makes it that much better.

Honda made the sporty little Prelude from 1977 to 2001. Now, the Japanese automaker is bringing back the coupe as a hybrid-electric. Honda has yet to reveal specs for the sporty 2-door, but we have some early teaser images and word that it will have a mysterious new feature called “Honda S+ Shift.” The car looks great – now we’re dying to know its performance specs.

Following its big debut in 2024, the third-generation Lexus GX has added a handful of standard features to the 2025 models, including a 1″ suspension lift on Overtrail and Overtrail+ grades. Having driven the 2024 GX 550, we’re fans of the SUV’s intuitive technology, refined interior touches, and off-road capability.

Aston Martin kicks things into high gear with a new hybrid hypercar. The mid-engined Valhalla produces 1064 hp thanks to an AMG twin-turbo flat-plane crank V8 engine and three drive motors. Its sleek design incorporates an active aerodynamics system that helps it stick to the tarmac like glue. Just 999 Valhallas will be made, with production starting in mid-2025.
