Timex dusts off another mid-century modern design with the 1975 Enigma Reissue. The 37mm stainless steel watch has a navy blue face, wide hands painted the same color, and white pointers for a floating effect. We dig the orange dot on the second hand and the metal link watch band, though we wish the domed crystal was glass instead of acrylic.

Most videos from The Slow-Mo Guys involve some kind of destruction. This one is a bit more tame. With the help of some super-crisp macro and microscope lenses from Laowa, Gav captured incredibly detailed images of an Omega Speedmaster watch movement in super slow-motion. It’s also a good opportunity to learn how he dials in his camera gear.

This 45 mm analog watch from Zinvo stands out from the crowd with a unique second hand that looks like a spinning turbine blade. While the blade spins, hours and minutes are displayed on small white markers that appear to float beneath its domed sapphire crystal. Casio is celebrating the game-changing G-SHOCK line’s 40th anniversary by releasing an updated version of the original model. The DW-5000R-1A features the same stainless steel case and resin band as the original, and is just as shock resistant. It’s also made by master craftspeople and engineers in Yamagata, Japan, just like the original.

Originally released in 1976, the Casquette’s retro-futuristic aesthetic was meant to evoke the style of ’70s muscle cars. Girard-Perregaux resurrected the model in 2022, and are now releasing a variant made of titanium and gold. Limited to 820 pieces, the Casquette 2.0 is exclusive to Saint Laurent by Rive Droite stores in Los Angeles and Paris.

Swatch continues to keep it fresh with eye-catching and value-priced everyday watches. The watch features an oversized 47mm case in matte black. Its face is also black but pops thanks to a red lens and deeply engraved dial markers. Both its case and strap are made from bio-sourced materials. The transluscent red crown reminds us of a tiny skateboard wheel.
