St. Patrick’s Day is one holiday when people usually don’t show much restraint when it comes to imbibing, so the concept of the World’s Smallest Irish Coffee is a fun novelty… and an authentic one at that, when made for a crowd with triple-distilled Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey.

The World’s Smallest Irish Coffee

Created by Kevin Pigott, Tullamore Global Brand Ambassador, it’s the best St. Patty’s party starter we’ve come across since that time Shane McGowan crashed our pub booth. Well, he looked and acted like Shane, but TBH the whole night’s a bit of a blur. The World’s Smallest Irish Coffee

World's Smallest Irish Coffee
1 part Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey
2 parts Coffee (premix coffee with demerara sugar in a 4:1 ratio)
Cream (high fat content, so it sits on top)

Method: Pour a small measure of Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey into a shot glass (approximately 1/3 of the glass), and add the coffee (remaining 2/3 of the glass), leaving a tiny space left for the cream on top. Using a spoon, gently layer the cream on top. Serve hot or cold, using espresso, cold brew, or nitro.
